Annual Meetings of the
Belgian Association of Psychological Sciences
May 2020 and 2021 at UCLouvain
Faced with the uncertain period of lockdown and social distancing in force to control the spread of COVID-19 (March-June 2020), we have modified our original plan to hold a physical conference on the 27th May 2020. This initial plan will be replaced by two complementary initiatives:
(1) We will hold a mini virtual conference on the 27th May 2020. The conference will consist of live online presentations by a keynote, some parallel symposia, and two presentations by the winners of the BAPS Best Master's Thesis Award and the BAPS Early Career Award. In addition, there will be links to movie recordings of open-talk and poster presentations. At the end of the day, there will be a live online BAPS General Assembly that should be attended by BAPS members, The virtual conference is free to access and does not require registration.
(2) We will organise the postponed conference in March 2021 (linked to the BAPS 2021 meeting). This conference will consist of the postponed programme, with the original keynote, symposia, open talks and poster presentations, but in addition, new presentations for the BAPS 2021 meeting. This conference will have a conference fee and a registration procedure. We will communicate the precise date of the meeting with email and by putting the information on this conference website.
